How hard is it to read a screen or an order on paper,so there's no excuse for missing items,I've lost count how many times I've had no extra sauce delivered at £0.80 it mounts up ,and last week ,the delivery driver insisting on I pay for a second order I never ordered,and it turns out it was for a different customer,I'm done ,and having to go out and get my order because delivery drivers are scared of dogs ,he wouldn't even blink an eye at you,they are obviously in the wrong job ,onto the next shop ,I gave one star for missing item , seemingly I ordered the wrong sauce on my king mixed kebab so that went in the bin and the dog got the pizza

Failed to deliver order after confirming order was received, they then failed to answer the phone. Very very poor customer service. Won’t ever order for them again and will encourage other not to either.

My mixed kebab had no Shish in it, do staff not know what's supposed to be included in their own products?!?!

Food was absolutely bang on, kids enjoyed their pizza and adults enjoyed their meals too.

Brilliant service food superb

Food was cold, Pakora sauce was missing....which is the best sauce as well. I understand it was 8inch box I ordered but portion size wasn't great for the price. Loads of great reviews on site so will put my experience down to a bad/ busy day.
